This website is an independent informational platform about Solano Grand. It is not operated by, or affiliated with, City Developments Limited or CDL Constellation Pte. Ltd. It is operated by Alex Tan (Demo Agent) of Example Property Agency — fictional details for this preview. Enquiries submitted here are handled by a CEA-licensed real estate salesperson.

2. Personal data we collect
When you submit the enquiry form, we collect your full name, Singapore mobile number, email address, preferred unit type and the information you have asked to receive (for example, a showflat appointment or an indicative price list and floor plans). We ask only for what we need to respond to your enquiry.
We do not ask for your NRIC number, financial details or passwords on this website.
3. How we use your personal data
- To respond to your enquiry and send the project information you requested.
- To contact you by phone call, SMS, WhatsApp or email about Solano Grand, including preview and showflat arrangements.
- To keep a record of your consent and our communications with you.
We will not use your data for unrelated marketing without your consent, and we will not sell your personal data.
4. Consent and withdrawal
By ticking the consent box and submitting the form, you consent to the collection, use and disclosure of your personal data for the purposes above, in line with the Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA). You may withdraw consent at any time by writing to the data protection contact above. We will then stop contacting you, although this may affect our ability to assist with your enquiry.
5. Do Not Call
We will only send marketing messages to Singapore telephone numbers where you have given clear and unambiguous consent through this form, or where the Do Not Call Registry permits it.
6. Disclosure
Your personal data may be shared with the CEA-licensed salesperson and their property agency handling your enquiry, and with service providers that store or deliver enquiry data on our behalf. We may also disclose data where required by law. We do not pass your data to the developer unless you ask us to arrange something that requires it.
7. Google Maps
The Location section of the project page embeds a Google Maps map. When the map loads, Google may collect data such as your IP address and set cookies under its own privacy policy. We do not control this data.
8. Cookies and analytics
This preview does not use analytics or advertising tracking. If analytics or an advertising pixel is added before the site goes live, this section will be updated to name the service and describe the data it collects.
9. Protection and retention
We take reasonable security measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, collection, use or disclosure. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure. We keep personal data only for as long as it is needed for the purposes above or as required by law, and then delete or anonymise it.
