Solano Grand sits on the northern edge of the Senja estate in Bukit Panjang, between the Kranji Expressway and the Senja Valley and Senja Heights HDB neighbourhoods.
The site was released as the first EC parcel of the first-half 2025 Government Land Sales programme. CDL Constellation Pte. Ltd. placed the top of five bids when the tender closed on 5 August 2025, at about S$771 psf per plot ratio.
It is the first new EC site in Bukit Panjang in more than a decade; the last EC launched here was Blossom Residences on Segar Road, in 2011. Jelapang LRT station is within walking distance, two stops from the Downtown Line at Bukit Panjang.
The unit mix, floor plans, pricing and completion date have not been published. Treat anything beyond the tender facts as unconfirmed until the developer releases official materials.
